Christian Bullet Journal Ideas : Faith-Based Setup to Grow Spiritually Daily

What Is a Christian Bullet Journal?

Hi guys, Ashley here! In today’s video, I’m taking you through my Christian bullet journal and how I use it to stay organized and grow in my faith.

Bullet journals have been really popular lately, and I wanted to create a faith-based version—something that not only helps me stay organized but also keeps my focus on God daily.

If you’re new to bullet journaling, it’s basically a completely customizable journal. You can turn it into anything you want—a planner, diary, sketchbook, or in this case, a tool for your spiritual life.

My First Page: A Reminder to Commit Everything to God

I started my journal with a simple Bible verse:

“Commit your way to the Lord.”

I love having this on the first page because it reminds me that everything I do should be centered around Him.

Monthly Layout: Stay Organized at a Glance

The first section of my journal is the monthly spread.

  • A simple monthly title (like March)
  • A clean calendar layout

This helps me quickly see what’s going on and stay organized without overcomplicating things.

Weekly Faith Tracker

Each week, I created a section where I can:

  • Reflect on my day
  • Write what I’m thankful for
  • Track Bible verses I’m memorizing
  • Summarize what I learned from Scripture

This is one of my favorite parts because it helps me stay consistent daily.

Thankfulness Section

This section is all about gratitude.

I write down everything I’m thankful for throughout the month because it’s so important to:

  • Stay positive
  • Recognize God’s blessings
  • Give thanks in every season

Bible Memorization Tracker

I set a goal to memorize two Bible verses each month.

Writing them down helps me:

  • Stay accountable
  • Actually remember them
  • Keep God’s Word on my heart

Spiritual Goals Section

This section is all about growth.

I ask myself:
How do I want to grow spiritually this month?

Examples include:

  • Memorizing Scripture
  • Spending more time in prayer
  • Being more intentional in my faith

Writing these down makes a huge difference in actually following through.

Prayer Requests Section

Even though I have a separate prayer journal, I love having a prayer requests section here too.

This is where I keep:

  • Prayer requests from others
  • Ongoing prayers
  • Things I don’t want to forget

It keeps everything in one place and makes it easier to stay consistent in prayer.

What Is God Teaching Me?

This section is for reflection.

I write down:

  • Lessons I’m learning
  • Things God is teaching me
  • Areas where I’m growing

It’s such a powerful way to look back and see how God is working in your life.

Bible Reading Plan Tracker

I’m currently reading through the entire Bible, so I created a section where I can:

  • Track each book (Genesis → Revelation)
  • Check them off as I go

This keeps me motivated and organized in my Bible reading journey.

Daily Bible Reading Tracker

I also added a daily tracker by printing out my reading plan and gluing it into my journal.

This way, I can:

  • Check off each day
  • Stay consistent
  • Visually track my progress

Bible Study Highlighting Guide

This is such a helpful section!

I created a color-coded system for Bible study:

  • Different colors for different themes
  • Tabs and highlights to organize Scripture

It makes studying the Bible more engaging and easier to understand.

Inspiration Page

Lastly, I added an inspiration section.

This is where I write:

  • Quotes from Christian books
  • Bible verses I love
  • Encouraging thoughts

It’s a space I can go to anytime I need encouragement.

Why Start a Christian Bullet Journal?

A Christian bullet journal helps you:

  • Stay organized in your faith
  • Grow spiritually every day
  • Be more intentional with your time
  • Reflect on what God is doing in your life

It’s more than just a planner—it’s a tool for your relationship with God.

Final Thoughts

If you’ve been wanting to grow in your faith or get more organized, I definitely recommend trying this out.

You can make it as simple or creative as you want—and truly make it your own.

Want to Start Your Own Christian Bullet Journal?

If you loved this setup, our undated faith planner is a great place to start.

It actually includes dedicated space each week for bullet journaling, so you can create simple sections like:

  • Prayer lists
  • Bible notes
  • Gratitude
  • Spiritual reflections

It gives you just enough structure to stay consistent, while still letting you be creative and make it your own—just like what I showed in this video.
