I received a damaged/imperfect product – what do I do?
Damaged or imperfect products must be unused and reported within two weeks of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Please visit our contact page and be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping container. Damaged items from international orders will be refunded and not replaced.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders are processed and shipped so quickly from our warehouse, we cannot cancel or change orders.

We want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. Because our courses are fully digital and instantly accessible, we offer a limited refund window with the following conditions:
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if all of the following are true:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the content inside the Academy
- You have not downloaded more than one bonus or printable resource
- You submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase
- You complete a short feedback form so we can continue improving our resources
After 7 days, or if more than 20% of the Academy has been accessed, all sales are final.
